NovoPorta Premio Vario T30 (EI2 30): the details

Hardware:
All Premio Vario doors are standard equipped with three-dimensionally (3-D) adjustable hinges. Two 3-D hinges per leaf. Hinges standard primed white, similar to RAL 9016; optionally available in stainless steel. Single leaf doors: one hinge plate and one spring hinge. Double door units: two hinge plates per leaf. Two securing pins per leaf.
PC mortice lock with drawback latch, with black rounded handle set (turn-lock mounted).
Profile cylinder (on site, 50 mm long).
1 leaf doors standard equipped with internal reinforcement for door closer on the hinge side.

Additional features on double door units:
Two Dorma TS 89 F or Geze TS 4000 F door closers and one door coordinator. Flush centre rebate with centre rebate seal. Inactive leaf with upward locking rebate retracting bolt.

Frames:
Standard: Corner frame with three-sided sealing profile, 2.0 mm thick, frame facing width 50 mm, optionally available: wrap-around door frame, 2140B two-part wrap-around frame profile, counter frame and block frames for butted wall connection.

Sills:
Standard A floor level, B1, B2, B3 optionally available with all-round frame, or C2 with bottom stop, or RS1 sealing sills with lowerable floor seal, or RS2 hump sill.

Surface finishes:
Door leaf and frame galvanized and primed (powder coated) similar to RAL 9016. Door panels optionally in preferred Super Colors, RAL of choice (powder coated) or wood decors (laminate coating).

NovoPorta Premio Vario T30-1 and T30-2 with easily backfillable 2140B frame profile.

F60-A and F90-A lightweight partition walls and F60-B and F90-B walls have proven their capacity as indoor fire protection solutions that are functional, quick, clean and flexible to install.

The NovoPorta Premio Vario T30 door system specifically for installation walls allows the right doors and frames to be installed just as quickly, easily and cleanly. It comprises the attractive NovoPorta Premio Vario T30 steel door with its host of high quality features and the 2140B two-part frame profile.

One key advantage is that the frames are approved for backfilling with Novoferm fire protection foam and loose mineral wool*, which only have to backfilled in the rebate area of the corner frame while the counter frame can remain empty, thus saving time.

The requisite mineral wool is usually already available on site. The entire system has been tested to EN 1634 and is building code approved as per DIN 4102.

A 3-D hinge is standard and assures quick mounting and adjustment. T30 and T30/smokeproof are available in many standard sizes and throat openings from stock. A broad choice of colours and quality decors offers scope for individual design.

*Melting point > 1,000 °C, building material class A1, DIN 4102-1 / 4102-4, minimum density 40 kg/m³.
