Construction:
Heat insulating ready-to-install door unit, type 1.0. Construction made of aluminum hollow profiles in monocoque construction with plastic webs for thermal separation. Frame profile and leaf profile surface-flushed with twofold EPDM stopper seal (circumferential on 3 sides).
The door is equipped with automatically lowerable floor seal as standard.
Fittings:
Right angle bent aluminum rounded handle set with steel core and oval rosette plates. Upper door closer Geze TS 5000, altern. Dorma TS 93 with slide channel, silver coloured (prepared for mounting on hinge side), 2-leaf doors with integrated closing sequence control in slide channel.
Hinges:
The elements are standardly equipped with two 3-part 3-D adjustable aluminum weld-on hinges. Adjustable without unhinging of leaves.
Surface:
Anodized in E6/EV1, optional powder-coated final paint-coating in RAL classic (against extra charge).
Glazing:
Heat protecting iso-glass 28 mm (EGS 6/ SZR 16 mm/ EGS 6; k-value = 1,1 W/m²K) dry glazing with rubber profiles.
